Pole Studio Business Owners Who Don't Do This Will Never See Success

When running any kind of business there are just a few things that you cannot neglect. However, the most unfortunate thing is that many people still do, and this is no different for pole studio owners.

It matters not what capacity you want to run a business. If you are in the position of selling a service or product for money, then you are an entrepreneur by default. So, if you are going to be in business, why not play BIG?

Maybe because playing big scares people. I have heard so many people say, I just want to start small. What they are really saying is "I don't want to put too much into this so if I fail, I don't lose much". Well, that is not exactly motivating, is it?

The fear is coming from a place of ignorance.

You don't know what you are doing, and it scares you. You have no idea where to start, how to grow, where to find resources, you are planning on winging it with your pole dance talent and a prayer. This is absurd because it is unnecessary. There is ONE THING that will change your small mentality to BIG VISIONS and most pole studio owners neglect this in the early stages.

EDUCATION.

Becoming more educated about running a business, specifically a pole dance business will elevate your confidence and have you changing your tune. You will feel more in control of the outcome, and you will not be so fearful.

Education sources such as start-up business books, motivational speakers, business leaders online, conferences, courses, and mentorship will give you loads of knowledge that puts you in control of your business.

The sad part though is that....

Many people starting a Pole Brand neglect this. It is too slow for them to take the time to sharpen the sword. They would rather spend their money on studio decorations or a digitally designed flyer for their new class they made up - not realizing a mentor could have shown them how to get the same flyer for free...

A mentor would teach them that people don't care as much about your studio decorations as they do about the system, they had to use to even book a class.

Mentors and self-learning save you YEARS of struggle and TONS of money.

This should be one of the first investments you make. I know it was for me.

In the first year of my business, I went to the Tony Robbins Business Mastery School in Palm Beach Florida, and it CHANGED MY LIFE. Yes, I spent over 20K to attend the 5 days but those 5 days and $20K saved me through my valleys, the Covid-19 pandemic, the Great Resignation, and many other situations I would have plummeted to my business death in.

So I am speaking from total experience. Get Guidance. Spend the money to get help. Learn from someone who has done it already and came out on the other side.

Saving Money will not get you there faster. Investing in someone who will tell you the back roads and the areas to avoid will.

If you or someone you know if interested in mentorship with me, Coach Tee, you may book on my calendar HERE
